This new series follows the successful tradition of MUT 2200/2500, introducing a measurement range of more than 1: 1000 without linearization software. Before this kind of performances, because the effects of cutoff converters would have been reset, wide flow rates allow very sensitive measures.
This series of flanged sensors creates a potential for the same area as the conductor pependicularly when passing through the magnetic field and bases its activities on the principle of Faraday. In this case the flow pipe made of stainless steel AISI 304, equipped with carbon or stainless steel flanges, is installed on the top and bottom of the two coils; The magnetic field produced by the current passed through the coil creates a difference according to the flow rate of the potential electrodes.
In order to measure this potential at very low values, the flow pipe is isolated from the internal electricity, so that the contact with the liquid flow tube material is also no longer contact with it.
The available potential of the converter coil used generates the signal to calculate the flow rate of the electrodes of the process, generates the signal and manages the external communication.
All sensors and system are IP68 protection class.
